Whether you require emergency cover, a long term booking or on-going consultancy, I offer a broad range of services to cover all eventualities.

  • Kitchen support
    Join or run an existing kitchen brigade to deliver a high-quality service. Whether working as a chef de partie, a sous chef or a head chef.

Costs per day: Chef de Partie (to support an existing team) £12/hour,  Sous Chef (to support an existing team during Head Chef’s absence) £13.50/hour and Head Chef (to run kitchen in Head Chef’s absence) £15/hour

Minimum booking of a 7 hour straight shift.

Block bookings: Chef de Partie £425/week (£9.44/hour), Sous Chef £500/week (£11.11/hour) and Head Chef £575/week (£12.77/hour).

45 hours per week, with additional hours charged at standard day rate for the role.

Emergency Sickness Cover: £18/hour (on the day) or £16/hour (24 hours notice).

Minimum booking of 7 hour straight shift.

  • Consultancy & New Business Assistance
    Whether a new or an established business, my experience, contacts and expertise can be used to improve your menu, your practices & processes, improve gross profit and help you recruit & retain high quality staff.

Menu creation is key to the success of your business; creating a menu that provides what your customers want to eat, not simply what your chef wants to cook.
I can work with you to create a menu suited to the demands of your varied clientele, to help ensure your continued profitability.

Kitchen Layout & Planning
Setting up a kitchen from scratch is no simple task: it needs to be designed to budget and to meet the specific needs of your menus.
From equipment recommendation to purchase through to the development of training manuals and qualified service engineers, I can set you up for success.

Recruitment & Training
With decades of recruitment experience, I know how important getting the right staff is. From interview support to full kitchen & menu training, I can provide everything you need to assemble the right team.

Supplier Negotiations
With experience running single and multi-site operations, I have excellent contacts with a broad range of suppliers and first-hand knowledge of what constitutes a good deal. All this knowledge is available to you, either with a new business or to improve existing relationships.

Environmental Health & HACCP Induction
Whether you require full HACCP training for new staff or the production of in-depth environmental health documentation, I can provide everything you need to run a healthy, safe and compliant kitchen.

All services are charged on a project by project basis, with an initial free hour long consultation to assess your specific needs.

    Restaurant-quality food, prepared and cooked by a professional chef, even served by experienced waiting staff if required. All in the comfort of your own home.
